The argument against WTO

Last week we began our series on the WTO and plans for the country's accession to the international organization and covered the basics of who, what, why, when, and wheres. In today's editorial, I'd like us to take a look at the arguments against the Bahamas' accession. Last week, we briefly mentioned the group Bahamians Against the WTO who have, in recent months been very vocal about the need for the government to abandon its intention to join the trade group.

From radio appearances, to town hall meetings, and even a march on Rawson Square, the group is not letting up on their stance. The question is: are they right? Is there cause for concern?

If you're the kind of makeup wearer that enjoys bright pops of color or a fresh face then you're going to love this year's Spring makeup trends. This season's trends include a ton of fresh faced-ness, some classics all twisted up, and even some fall and winter trends slightly revamped.
