Ringplay Productions presents the re-run of Eddie Minnis' DER REAL TING MUSICAL, a jukebox musical that features 25 of Minnis' most popular songs as it tells the story of two Bahamian brothers in the 1970s—Mike and Johnny Williams.

Mike Williams is a politician whose rise is meteoric ("People to People", "Da Buffet") and whose fall is ... well, messy ("Mike", "Tarzan and Robin Hood"). Oh, and he marries "Carmen" in a "Shotgun Wedding", a former beauty queen who is "Never Satisfied".

His brother, Johnny, starts life as a jitney driver whose antics result in his losing his license and spiralling into depression ("Alcohol", :UFO", "Naughty Johnny"). But Johnny makes good in time to rescue his brother from the depths of his despair.
