Wednesday, Dec 18, 2013 - In this, the last 'Bahamian Art & Culture' eNewsletter for 2013, we feature a number of events to finish off the year with a bang including Emanji – the Bahamian Circus, The Bahamas Dance Theatre's 'In Retrospect' showcase, Sir Durward Knowles' Festival of Lights, a Festival of Nine Lessons & Carols at Christ Church Cathedral, as well as a Christmas Eve Coffee Hour at Hillside House.
In January, we already have events slated including an exhibition of Daniel Caldwell's work at Princess Street Gallery in Harbour Island, a new exhibition by Bahamian April Bey entitled 'Picky Head' at Liquid Courage Gallery, and the Illiterati Story Slam at Doongalik.
We've got art stories from The Bahamas and the Caribbean and a profile on Bahamian artist Dereck Paul.
