NEW TERRITORY – Six students from the Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI) have received Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP) scholarships. The scholarships, granted by the Canadian government provide short-term exchange opportunities. The exchange requires students to return to BTVI to complete their studies following the experience.
